1. What is your load-in/load-out policy for outside vendors? We offer a generous window for vendor setup. Typically, caterers and rental companies can begin load-in 3 hours prior to the event start time. All load-out must be completed within 90 minutes of the event conclusion. Our Estate Lead will be on-site to coordinate gate access and staging areas. 2. Do you have an on-site kitchen or staging area for caterers? While we do not have a full commercial kitchen, we provide a dedicated, covered catering staging area with access to power and water. This is where our partnered caterers typically set up their mobile ovens and prep stations to ensure your buffet or boxed lunches are served at the perfect temperature. 3. Is there a designated "Production Office" or private space for the planning team? Yes. We can provide a private indoor suite within the Chalet for the organizing team. This space is ideal for a "command center," secure storage of event materials, or a quiet space for speakers to prep before an afternoon strategy session. 4. What is your policy on amplified sound and music? As a private estate, we prioritize the serenity of the Lexington Hills. Amplified sound for presentations and ambient background music is permitted via our integrated 12-speaker Sonos system. For live DJs or bands during team celebrations, we adhere to local noise ordinances, with all music concluding by 10:00 PM. 5. Are the grounds ADA accessible for all team members? Ensuring every team member is included is a priority. The primary event lawns, patios, and the bocce court are accessible. For guests with mobility challenges, we allow for direct drop-offs at the main manor entrance to bypass the vineyard pathways. 6. Is there an indoor space available for meetings or meals? Yes. Every site rental includes exclusive access to our Poolside Chalet. This elegant, European-inspired space is ideal for: Private Executive Meals: An intimate setting for catered lunches or formal dinners. Small Working Sessions: A quiet, indoor retreat for breakout groups or leadership syncs (best suited for up to 12–15 guests). Planner "Command Center": A secure, comfortable base of operations for your event staff. Note: While the Chalet provides a beautiful and functional environment, it is designed as a traditional estate space rather than a tech-suite; clients are responsible for bringing any specific AV equipment (projectors, screens, or monitors) required for their session. 7. When is the estate available for corporate bookings? Our peak corporate season runs from March through October. This allows your team to take full advantage of our Mediterranean climate, blooming manicured gardens, and the vibrant vineyard and olive groves during your outdoor sessions. 8. Can the estate accommodate large corporate shuttles and buses? Yes. We are specifically set up for executive bus and shuttle drop-offs (25 person shuttles), allowing your entire team to arrive together. Our gated entrance and pull-through driveway ensure a seamless transition from transit to your retreat. 9. What are the parking options for guests driving individually? We offer significant parking capacity compared to other hillside venues: Internal Gated Parking: Up to 30 vehicles for leadership and VIPs. External Overflow: An additional 60+ free parking spaces located immediately outside the main gate. 10. What are our options for event catering? While we provide a list of premier local caterers who are familiar with the estate, we offer total flexibility to match your event’s "vibe." Our property is an open canvas that can support everything from casual outdoor eats to formal black-tie service: The Most Popular Choices: Most of our corporate clients opt for Executive Boxed Lunches (perfect for working sessions), Artisan Charcuterie & Wine Boards (ideal for networking), or a Full-Service Harvest Buffet on the flagstone patios. Casual & Creative: Our shuttle-friendly driveway and expansive lawns are perfectly suited for Food Trucks or mobile culinary setups like wood-fired pizza ovens. Custom Gourmet: We can facilitate anything from a relaxed "Live-Fire" vineyard BBQ to a Full-Service, Multi-Course Meal with white-linen service for high-stakes board dinners. 11. Is there a space for indoor dining? Yes. Your rental includes the Poolside Chalet, a European-inspired indoor space perfect for a private executive meal or a small indoor working session. It provides a sophisticated climate-controlled alternative to our outdoor garden spaces (Max capacity: 15 people seated / 20 people standing) 12. Does the estate provide the food directly? We are a "venue-only" provider, which allows you to customize your menu and budget. We work closely with several trusted catering partners who understand our staging areas and load-in requirements to ensure your meal service is flawless.
